Ever wonder what it would be like to roll through life with a maxed your charisma stat? Well just look at Rasputin, it’s done wonders for him. Starting as nothing more than another dirty rural peasant, Rasputin managed to talk, charm, and seduce his way into the (bed)chambers of the absolute upper crust of the Tsarist social circles as a kind of soothsayer spiritualist. Nice work if you can get it.
Fella must have maxed out his damage resistance as well, cause when the mood finally turned against him it took a combination of stabbing, strangling, shooting, and drowning to finally put the mad monk down.
I don’t know why the toy has him all hooked up like that dude in The Cell. MacFarlane is a nasty guy.
