Radical Edward is just the freaking best. I never appreciated her enough back when I first watched Cowboy Bebop, too much of an angsty teen nodding solemnly at Spike saying “that’s me” to really get it. But with time and perspective, I think Ed is my favorite character of the show.
She certainly has the best episode – Mushroom Samba. Everyone gets insanely high while Ed and Ein the datadog go on a fun adventure involving a bounty hunter who drags a casket around with him and a high speed train. Look, if that isn’t enough to move you, I don’t know what can.
I have no idea where I got this figure. If I ever dig up the backboard I’ll probably update this entry with a picture of it but forget to update this description. Whoops.
