Has there ever been a glow up like Mr. Freeze in the animated series? A completely goofy and forgettable “ice-guy” on par with Jack Frost and Chillblaine transformed into a noble demon. A man driven by love to commit cold blooded atrocities. It’s Shakespearean, they killed it.
Which is why it’s unfortunate his late season re-design doesn’t work as well as some of the others. I am a defender of the The New Batman Adventures and most of the redesigns, but nobody bats 1.000 and this Mr. Freeze is decidedly mid.
